Bogus totally bogus

Leviticus 25:44-46
You may purchase male or female slaves from among the foreigners who live among you. You may also purchase the children of such resident foreigners, including those who have been born in your land. You may treat them as your property, passing them on to your children as a permanent inheritance. You may treat your slaves like this, but the people of Israel, your relatives, must never be treated this way.

Fucking bullshit mean as all fuck God making slaves ok. Who is going to forgive whom.

Firstly, calm down a little, ok? Secondly, you are quoting from Vayikra , the Talmud. Today's reading is from the New Testament - the truth as revealed to us through Christ.

Could you stop spamming bible verses? Thanks.

How about you stop clicking on them, instead of crying for a safe space on the internet?

Time limited so I looked it up.

The Old Testament (abbreviated OT) is the first part of Christian Bibles based primarily upon the Hebrew Bible (or Tanakh), a collection of ancient religious writings by the Israelites

believed by many Christians and religious Jews to be the sacred Word of God.

Its counterpart is the New Testament, the second part of the Christian Bible. The books that comprise the Old Testament canon differ between Christian Churches as well as their order and names. The most common Protestant canon comprises 39 books, the Catholic canon comprises 46 books, and the canons of the Eastern Orthodox and Oriental Orthodox Churches comprise up to 51 books. The 39 books in common to all the Christian canons corresponds to 24 books of the Tanakh, with some differences of order, and there are some differences in text

Unless you are not among:

believed by many Christians and religious Jews to be the sacred Word of God.

This God of yours is a mean nasty God. There are some very nasty Roman and Greek Gods as well so it ain't like the concept of bad Gods is unique.

Christ's blood created a new covenant. Of course the Old Testament is the sacred word of God, but the Blood of the Lamb washed away the old covenant and gives birth to a new agreement between God and man based on forgiveness. You should look into the philosophical differences between Judaism and Christianity.

God bless you, have a blessed Friday.

shouldn't they print bibles with REDACTED stamped on every page of the Old Testament then

@previous (Sheila LaBoof)

That would spoil it for people who want to use OT verses to prop up their bigoted views.

Why would they do that? The Old Testament is prophecy of the events of the New. There are 44 Messianic prophecies in the book of Exodus alone.

@OP

You're a fraud spreading false doctrine and you'll burn for your sins. Thanks.
