Amazing how 13 years (1997-2010) of unbroken landslide Labour governments and city councils led to the fastest expansion of "the most vulnerable", the near-decimation of the NHS, the introduction of above-inflation tuition fees for poor students, and record numbers of unemployed and homeless people. But yeah, sure, keep on parroting the line that Labour is for 'the weak and vulnerable' and the Big Bad Tories care only about 'the economy'.
