It begins in the near future on the campus of the University of California. A 22-year-old Liberal Arts student named Starshine al-Fattulah bin Fernandez Garcia is organising a rally in support of endangered transgender Japanese whales who want to marry homosexual Chinese sea lions.

During this rally somebody casually mentions to Starshine: "Personally, I'm not completely onboard with these new progressive ideas of the American left", to which Starshine, rather than replying with "FUCKING KILL YOURSELF YOU STUPID FUCKING RETARDED PIECE OF FUCKING HATEFUL RAT SHIT!!!!", instead calmly says "Well, that's your right as an American and a human. All opinions deserve to be heard in the ongoing revision of social organisation, otherwise we're no better than fascists".

Is this at all credible, or is it too preposterously far-fetched?

call it "alternative fiction" and you'll hook conservative readers

I'm on Chapter 2 of my novel, I need your advice again.

My character Starshine recently took part in a March For Women's Rights, because she was concerned the president was going to take her rights way. She was able to take part in that all-day march because she had no job to go to.

However, that president just made a law (known as HR 255) which makes it easier for women to work and be their own bosses. So my character now faces a dilemma: does she go and get a job and become independent from the state, or does she continue to cry about how she's afraid her right to not work is going to be taken away?

Sounds dull and unreadable, OP.

Then how was it "unreadable"? It seems you've made an idiot of yourself again.

I said it sounds unreadable. Do you plan to split hairs over the meaning of the word "sounds" in this context?

Also: should I assume you agree that it sounds dull?

> I said it sounds unreadable.

That makes no sense. Only when you read something can you conclude it is "unreadable". How things "sound" don't apply.

You're a bit of a retard, aren't you?

As I expected, you decided to split hairs over the use of the use of the word "sounds". A truly autistic response.

However, let me rephrase for the sake of convenience: judging by the outline you posted, the novel will be dull and not worth the effort of reading. I recommend that you abandon this project entirely, as nobody will spare it a second glance. Thanks.
