I tried it once. It left me groggy and expecting to sleep every so often. It also made me gain weight because my metabolism was always wondering whether or not to sleep, and plus eating anytime near going to sleep makes weight gain all the more. So I quit that.

I generally find running at least one mile in the evening and living in a quiet home (not apartment) will let me get a good refreshing sleep all day. You should try that Walter.

This - it's supposedly how we've always slept before electricity, two seperate sleeps rather than one long one. I hear it's healthier somehow but I forget, likeley because my sleeping "pattern" involves... well never mind it's just fucked

You don't, it's an exhausting life. It's kind of ridiculous when you have to stay up all night, fueled by caffeine/Concerta, because if you sleep you'll sleep through any amount of alarms.
