Topic: For the attention of: Miniature Channel administration and clientele.

Externally hosted imageThe quality of the discourse on your web forum, encompassing the topic submissions and responses therein, have degraded to the point where it poses a serious mental health risk to those participating in the community. Long term trends in profane and perverse content, excessive irony, psuedointellectualism, and other infractions on common morality show no signs of abating.

After reviewing the present state, and a statistically rigorous set of future outcomes for your situation, we have drafted a plan that would best suite the general public, and your own self-interests. The plan consists of 3 parts, and is laid out in the following:

Miniature Channel State of Emergency

1. The first steps to be taken are to declare a state of emergency on Miniature Channel, and a general consensus among the userbase that the culture of the web forum is plagued by several diseases that stem from a corrupting influence in the form of known posters.

2. These posters must be ostracized from the forum, through adminstrative action. This includes, but is not limited to pedophiles, alcoholic frenchmen, autists, and other undesireables.

3. The content that is created thereafter must be purged of referrences to: feces, sexualized children, Yaris's, and other undesireable content.

We have suffered so much that it only steels us to fanatical resolve to hate Our enemies a thousand times more and to regard them for what they are destroyers of an eternal culture and annihilators of humanity. Out of this bate a holy will is born to oppose these destroyers of our existence with all the strength that God has given us and to crush them in the end. During its several year history our people has survived so many terrible times that we have no doubt that we will also master our present plight.

@OP

This is beyond tl;dr yet it does contain wot ur looking for

Abstract to get ur juices flowing:

'''Abstract

Internet trolling has been around since the earliest days of Usenet, although the art of Polemic discourse from which it arose can of course be traced back to the ancient Greeks. General social consensus at the time of this writing is that in a medium free from simple repressive censorship such as the Internet, trolling is an unwelcome yet unavoidable aspect of modern communications. The application of collective behavioral research techniques, however, show a possibly emerging social movement, complete with the substantial controversy that ironically mirrors that surrounding Ptolemy's own work. This paper shall make inquiry into the anthropological forces at work in this changing medium and evaluate the possibility of current trends to develop into a fully realized social movement based on unwelcome discourse and the possible effects of repression from the conservative majority.'''

I have a document that is even far more better.
